Our clients are typically at the bleeding edge of technology, working on aggressive schedules; and needing highly skilled and innovative help to get things done.

The ESP work culture is geared toward fostering an atmosphere of teamwork and information sharing. The work environment is very creative and flexible. The client opportunities afford great exposure to a wide variety of technology, life cycle hardware and software development, and exciting technical and business management roles.

Projects typically last for at least six months and usually start with a research and planning phase in order to understand all requirements, schedule and budget. Our senior staff engineers, principal engineers and program/project managers are involved in this process and interact as needed with the client. The ESP team assigned to the project stays with it until completed, working full-time on the assignment. (Of course there are always exceptions.)
